You will lead strategic partnerships with financial institutions and investment firms to drive adoption of Ripple's blockchain solutions for capital markets, leveraging the XRP Ledger to modernize global financial infrastructure. Collaborating across product, engineering, and trading teams, you'll shape the strategy for institutional blockchain adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in capital markets with substantial traditional finance background
• Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology in institutional finance
• Proven track record of developing first-of-a-kind partnerships and closing complex deals in financial services
• Established network of senior executives at financial institutions and industry partners
• Strong business development and deal-making skills, managing entire partner lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RippleX's Capital Markets strategy, positioning XRPL for institutional applications
• Build strategic partnerships with investment banks, firms, and market infrastructure providers
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain
• Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements with senior executives at major financial institutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to develop use cases and solutions
