💼 About This Role

You'll spearhead the Ontario launch of a leading vehicle protection provider, building a territory from scratch. You'll acquire dealerships, provide training, and drive market share. This role offers entrepreneurial freedom as the first regional hire.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and sign new dealership accounts across Ontario
• Partner with Dealer Principals and F&I Managers to demonstrate product value
• Onboard new partners with product training and sales coaching
• Act as primary contact for dealer network ensuring satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Automotive Aftermarket, Warranty, or Finance
• Proven hunter mentality with track record of building business from ground up
• Existing network of independent and franchise dealers in GTA/SW Ontario
• Comfortable being on the road 80-90% of the time
