Description

You will design digital interfaces for mobile and desktop, both internal and customer-facing, ranging from proof-of-concept demos to SaaS solutions for airline customers. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences that support Archer's mission in sustainable air mobility.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role with a result-driven digital product design portfolio.
• Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and producing high-fidelity, on-device prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, especially in AI or data-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and conduct design reviews.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows with polished, on-brand interfaces within the design system.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration.
• Partner with Front End Developers to express design intention and ensure seamless implementation.
• Work with QA Manager to ensure visual UI quality and UX accuracy across browsers and devices.
