💼 About This Role

You'll join a team supporting a large Federal agency with ServiceNow development. You'll refactor customizations during major updates and collaborate in an Agile environment. This role offers a chance to contribute to government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL for ServiceNow development.
• Support discovery, requirements gathering, and core ServiceNow build-out.
• Implement HR Service Requests within HRSD scope in ServiceNow.
• Develop applications for employee service requests and HR fulfillment.

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years related experience
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Experience with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
• Familiarity with Human Resources business processes
• Experience with business analysis or requirements gathering
