In this role, you will support distribution strategy by conducting CRM-driven analytics, managing advisor relationships, and recommending product solutions to drive market share growth in private wealth channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous sales experience and financial services market knowledge
  • Experience in financial services involving analysis, advisor consultation, or strategic business development
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63, or ability to obtain within required timeframe
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic CRM-driven analytics to inform business development initiatives
  • Serve as cross-functional project lead between sales and operations
  • Develop and manage advisor relationships through consultative discussions
  • Influence market share growth by analyzing advisor needs and market conditions
  • Proactively educate advisors on products and competitive positioning
