In this role, you will support distribution strategy by conducting CRM-driven analytics, managing advisor relationships, and recommending product solutions to drive market share growth in private wealth channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous sales experience and financial services market knowledge
- Experience in financial services involving analysis, advisor consultation, or strategic business development
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63, or ability to obtain within required timeframe
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic CRM-driven analytics to inform business development initiatives
- Serve as cross-functional project lead between sales and operations
- Develop and manage advisor relationships through consultative discussions
- Influence market share growth by analyzing advisor needs and market conditions
- Proactively educate advisors on products and competitive positioning
