You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for marquee enterprise accounts in Japan, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You'll manage complex implementations and ensure clients maximize value from the Contentsquare platform, acting as their trusted advisor. This role offers growth in a rapidly expanding web/app analytics company working with global industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for marquee enterprise accounts in Japan
• Host recurring meetings and business reviews with customers
• Scope and manage large-scale Contentsquare initiatives within accounts
• Oversee end-to-end deployment including implementation and testing

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or Rocketlane
• Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Analytics environment
