🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
• Process loan applications and payments
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Upsell products and services to meet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• 6 months to 1 year as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager
• Some college or military experience
