💼 About This Role

You'll architect Lightspark's core transaction engine, owning the strategy for AI Routing and Grid Switch to maximize transaction success rates and minimize cost. In this matrixed role, you'll drive the horizontal platform layer while leading vertical customer engagements to bring new payment capabilities to market. You'll define the future of agentic commerce in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define roadmap for AI Router and Grid Switch optimization.
• Expand into domestic payment rails (SPEI, UPI, SEPA).
• Design observability dashboards and automated reconciliation workflows.
• Lead high-value customer engagements from scoping to deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in global payment infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of funds flows and domestic rail settlement.
• Proven track record building scalable B2B solutions from scratch.
• Comfortable with backend system architecture and partner negotiations.

• Familiarity with digital assets, Lightning Network, or programmable money.
• Experience with AI tools for product development lifecycle.
