• Devise and execute customer experience strategies for multiple clients
• Manage CX projects collaborating with UX/UI, content, and analytics teams
• Establish deep client relationships and lead contract negotiations
• Spot growth opportunities and deliver winning pitch proposals

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing CX projects in an agency or consultancy
• Proven experience with eCommerce clients and strategies
• Strong client account management and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing and delivering client account plans
