Description
You will manage systems for mapping, building, and playing back content across LED and TV displays, supporting live events for NHL, NBA, WNBA, NCAA, and more. This role ensures smooth content delivery and troubleshooting in a fast-paced arena environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years IPTV, LED, TV, and monitor troubleshooting experience
- Ability to learn complex deliverable software for content display
- Experience with CAT5+, HDMI, Single Mode Fiber, and Switch Ports
- Proficient in Word, Azure, AWS, AI, Database Management, Excel, Google Sheets, Teams, SQL, JavaScript, Python, Slack, Trello
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain graphic displays for LEDs, TVs, and monitors using multiple software systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot video signals
- Assist with transformation of new integrated systems for graphic builds
- Ensure consistent workflow for full-time and part-time employees
- Map LEDs to present templates for company or third-party requests
