You will lead workforce operations, ensuring effective delivery of WIOA, TAA, and other workforce development services. You will oversee staff, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and build partnerships to connect jobseekers with employment opportunities, driving economic vitality in Southwest Michigan.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead with accountability and collaboration
• Experience delivering workforce development services under WIOA, TAA, or similar programs
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service
• Familiarity with performance metrics and program compliance
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee electronic and hard copy file systems

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery of WIOA, TAA, RESEA, and other workforce development services
• Oversee daily operations of talent teams serving Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties
• Monitor team and individual KPIs, including progress toward local and state performance metrics
• Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal policies
• Develop and manage relationships with community partner agencies and businesses
