💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children, implementing behavior plans designed by a BCBA. Your work helps children build essential life skills and create lasting change. You'll receive mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT or CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed)
• Experience working with children
• Active CPR certification
