Description

In this role, you will create data analyses demonstrating company impact to clients in the PBM space, develop analytics and strategic insights, and support cross-functional teams with actionable recommendations. You will lead analytical frameworks, mentor junior analysts, and communicate complex results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expert level of proficiency with SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4-6 years experience in quantitative analytics for large datasets
• 4+ years industry experience querying and analyzing PBM claims data
• Experience with data analytics services on cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive analytics focusing on engagement with the application
• Work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights and refine data processes
• Use advanced statistical analysis to evaluate clinical management programs
• Lead development of analytic frameworks and methodologies for strategic initiatives
• Perform detailed pharmacy claims analysis to identify and remedy reporting variances
