🎯 What You'll Do

• Take inbound, pre-screened leads from your home office.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options.
• Act as liaison between families and senior living communities.

📋 Requirements

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on phone and take notes simultaneously.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word, Excel, and CRM.
