You'll lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment, preparing beautiful, orderly spaces and providing individualized lessons to foster independence, language, coordination, and self-regulation. Your impact will empower each child to explore, make choices, and build confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child to support their physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom fostering focus, independence, and exploration
• Provide lessons in practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy
• Build warm relationships with children and families and communicate with parents

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification or previously earned Montessori diploma
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group care setting
• Required ECE or Child Development credits
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or Child Development
