💼 About This Role

You'll design and build an agentic AI orchestration platform enabling autonomous development sessions. You'll own features end-to-end, from problem identification to production deployment, working across Rust, Kubernetes, and React. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment where experimentation drives innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead feature development from problem statement to production deployment
• Implement quality gates for agentic-driven processes
• Collaborate on novel ideas to improve team processes
• Monitor product quality and raise awareness of technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years with systems-level or backend technologies (Rust, Go, C/C++, Java)
• DevOps experience including containers, observability, and CI/CD
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm

• Experience with Rust
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Adopted agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
