🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute collection strategies using predictive dialers and SMS.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and operational agents.
• Monitor performance and optimize ROI through data analysis.
• Ensure SLAs are met for timely customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in credit and collections.
• Proven track record in designing collection strategies to improve recovery.
• Excellent analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Experience managing and developing teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with predictive dialers and 2-way SMS.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Luxembourg.
