Description

As a senior software engineer on the Member Growth, Retention pod, you will design and build full-stack services to improve member retention. You'll work across the stack to rapidly iterate on experiments that drive engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features.

Requirements

5+ years of software development with a focus on full-stack development
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React
Proven ability to independently lead delivery of complex technical projects
Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture
Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, Iterable

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL
Ship high-impact features that improve member growth
Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning
Advocate for high engineering standards including test coverage, documentation, and observability
Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability
