  • Lead integration of Harvey into client workflows for seamless adoption.
  • Train and enable end users to adopt Harvey as a daily tool.
  • Serve as primary contact for 40+ mid-market clients with consultative approach.
  • Drive scalability through documentation, playbooks, and automation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience managing high volume of client cases from legal firms or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and demanding customers.
  • Team player described as empathetic, committed, and collaborative.
