You'll lead a multi-store district for Sur La Table, inspiring customers on their culinary journey. Your core impact will be driving sales and developing high-performing teams across 8+ stores. This role also oversees Area Managers and reports to the Sr. Director of Stores.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally on nationwide store operations initiatives.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards across the district.
• Coach and develop managers through performance reviews and feedback.
• Analyze sales trends and drive initiatives to achieve district goals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of retail management experience.
• 5+ years multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to build effective teams.
• Functional knowledge of retail/store systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid Food Handlers or Food Manager certification.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
