💼 About This Role

You'll provide operational support to gene therapy manufacturing groups including MFG, QC, and PD. You'll troubleshoot equipment and support process improvements for clinical/commercial production. This role offers growth in single-use system implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support specification and testing of single-use manufacturing systems
• Resolve deviations and process issues with technical analysis
• Modify and improve equipment, facilities, or process controls
• Support validation and performance monitoring of equipment

📋 Requirements

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 0-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with pharmaceutical commissioning and validation
• Ability to carry a phone and be on call
