Description

As a Senior Data Engineer at RAPP, you will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native data pipelines and platforms using Python, Airflow, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and dbt. You'll collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable datasets that drive advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in data engineering or related role
• Strong expertise in Python for data engineering and automation
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for orchestration
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda and serverless design patterns
• Solid experience with DynamoDB and strong knowledge of dbt

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Airflow
• Develop serverless workflows with AWS Lambda and optimize dbt models for analytics
• Design schemas and manage data in DynamoDB ensuring scalability and performance
• Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks for quality and governance
• Mentor junior engineers and partner with teams to deliver reliable datasets
