You'll identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in the Green Bay area, mobilizing them to advocate for policy reforms that create freedom and opportunity. Your core impact is equipping local leaders to drive change and organizing public engagement events. This role is part of The LIBRE Initiative, a grassroots organization rooted in the Hispanic community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in local communities
• Equip leaders with training and resources to advocate for change
• Organize events for phone calls, social media, and door-to-door canvassing
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure compliance

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to build relationships quickly with diverse people
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Experience in political campaigns
