You'll be the primary technical and strategic partner for Clay's largest enterprise customers, ensuring their long-term success. You'll own complex technical cases, design workflows, and influence the enterprise support playbook. This founding role in London offers the chance to set the standard for operational excellence at a fast-growing company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise-level technical cases from triage to resolution.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to escalate critical issues.
  • Develop enterprise-facing resources like runbooks and playbooks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • APIs, complex data integrations, log analysis, and SaaS architecture expertise.
  • Enterprise SaaS support or technical account management experience.
  • Consultative skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Enterprise relationship management experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
