You'll lead structural design for new and rehabilitation of conventional and complex bridges for a growing transportation team. Your work will include load ratings, bridge inspections, and preparing PS&E packages using federal and state standards. A flexible hybrid-remote schedule is available after 30 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of conventional and complex bridges
• Perform bridge load ratings and condition assessments
• Prepare PS&E packages using DOT standards
• Conduct bridge inspections and scoping

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years transportation structural design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• NHI Bridge Inspection certification
• Experience with MDOT or ODOT design packages
• Software skills in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation
