💼 About This Role

You'll deliver client deployments that empower healthcare revenue cycle teams to work faster and more accurately. You will work on the lifecycle and deployment of ML models that power our products. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth deployments and production stability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute implementation tasks for new deployments from analysis to rollout
• Guide customers through technical onboarding and integration setup
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance across deployments
• Contribute insights to shape product and platform improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• 4+ years of professional Python experience
• Experience designing and running LLM evals offline and online
• Comfortable with relational databases, APIs, and ETL pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Postgres
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions
