You'll configure and develop ServiceNow solutions focused on CMDB, HAM, and Discovery for a client project. Your core impact will be troubleshooting Discovery errors and improving CMDB data quality. This role offers full remote work within a Polish team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, Discovery
• Identify, analyze, and fix Discovery errors and data quality issues
• Develop and optimize scripts for CMDB, HAM, and Discovery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical experts

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level commercial experience with ServiceNow platform
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, HAM Pro, and Discovery
• Skilled in troubleshooting Discovery errors and improving CMDB data quality
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAM Pro
• End-to-end HAM Pro or SAM Pro implementation experience
• ServiceNow CIS or CAD certification
