• Manage a book of enterprise accounts as strategic partner
• Drive renewal, upsell, and expansion revenue
• Lead onboarding, integration, and strategy recommendations
• Analyze usage data to deliver value-driven insights
• Conduct business reviews and demonstrate ROI

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years enterprise customer success relationship management
• Proven ability to manage revenue-related KPIs (renewal, upsell, NRR, churn)
• Fluent in English and Arabic

• B2B SaaS and e-commerce experience
• Passion for beauty and apparel verticals
• Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
