Description

You will partner with customers to ensure success with BrazeAI, collaborating on implementations, extending product capabilities, and refining reinforcement learning algorithms. Your work will directly shape product strategy and drive measurable customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Math, Engineering or related; Master's or PhD preferred
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer with large-scale data and production environments
• Customer-facing or consulting experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Python (Pandas), ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost), and SQL
• Strong engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, type-hinting, code reviews)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams on implementations including use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
• Work closely with RL pipeline development team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms
• Contribute to BrazeAI product strategy and roadmap through customer-facing insights
• Provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure successful adoption and long-term customer success
