💼 About This Role

You'll lead cafe operations as a Shift Supervisor at Blue Bottle Coffee. You'll oversee service flow, team deployment, and training to deliver exceptional hospitality and achieve business objectives. This role offers comprehensive health coverage and best-in-class coffee training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support sales growth and manage cafe expenditures.
• Oversee service flow for safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Execute ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Train new team members and lead onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Completion of Blue Bottle Academy's Barista training within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtained within 30 days.
