Description

You will lead a Workforce Management team focused on day-to-day store labor execution and strategic initiatives including international expansion, new market launches, and system implementations. You will design global workforce frameworks, manage labor budgets, and partner with Retail Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to support a growing international retail fleet.

Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive workforce management experience (multi-unit retail preferred)
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Deep knowledge of workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and labor optimization
  • Proficiency with workforce management platforms and analytics tools (Legion strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR, Analytics or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Workforce Management team for both daily execution and strategic initiatives
  • Own global workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling strategies
  • Create and manage annual retail labor budget, partnering with Finance and Operations
  • Deliver labor insights and narratives to executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across markets
