Description

You will manage inventory processes, maintain visual standards, handle shipping and receiving, and ensure a secure and efficient store environment while collaborating with the operations and visual management teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in customer-centric, sales, and operations environment
• Ability to constantly move through all store areas and lift/push/carry up to 23 kg
• Ability to stand and move for entire duration of shift
• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences
• Motivation to achieve results and excel individually and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes to optimize accuracy and reduce loss
• Analyze root causes of inventory issues and report process/system failures
• Implement key operational functions including shipping, receiving, merchandise processing, replenishment, and visual updates
• Maintain high visual standards and collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations
• Respond promptly to customer needs and identify product issues to support business goals
