💼 About This Role

You'll build and own Tempo's customer advocacy program from the ground up, designing the program, choosing the tools, and running it end-to-end. You'll work with Customer Success to identify advocates and help them share stories that strengthen our brand. This high-visibility role directly impacts reputation and deal velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and launch the customer advocacy program structure.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered advocacy platforms.
  • Identify and build relationships with customer advocates.
  • Produce case studies, video stories, and testimonials.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer marketing or advocacy at B2B SaaS.
  • Built a customer advocacy program from scratch.
  • Experience owning tech stack decisions for advocacy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, G2, TrustRadius.
