💼 About This Role

You'll provide individualized support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You'll help them build independent living skills or receive personal care assistance, depending on your track. This role offers paid weekly and opportunities for training and development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision in home and community settings.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Teach independent living skills like cooking, budgeting, and community navigation.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per agency standards.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.

• Experience with de-escalation techniques.
