You'll manage a B2B customer portfolio for Sprengnetter, a Scout24 group company, focusing on revenue growth and sustainable relationships. You'll drive outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities and upsell solutions. This hybrid role offers 30 vacation days and a modern campus with a rooftop terrace.

- Manage assigned customer portfolio focusing on revenue growth (โฌ1M target)
- Proactively conduct outbound activities to generate new opportunities
- Apply solution-selling approach to address individual customer needs
- Build long-term customer relationships ensuring high satisfaction
๐ Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or inside sales
- Proven record in outbound sales and closing deals
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate into solutions
- Fluent German and good English skills
