💼 About This Role

You'll lead Kepler's European sales for real-time optical data relay and on-orbit compute services across commercial and government sectors. Your impact will drive revenue growth and shape how national customers access and compute data in space. This role blends technical solutioning with strategic account leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead European business capture and customer engagement strategy.
  • Build executive-level relationships with MODs, agencies, and commercial buyers.
  • Identify revenue opportunities for space-based connectivity and compute.
  • Navigate procurement cycles and defense acquisition frameworks.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in earth observation, space systems, or high-tech BD.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or defense studies.
  • Proven revenue generation in European commercial/government sectors.
  • Understanding of earth observation and ISR space applications.

✨ Nice to Have

  • MBA or master's in engineering, aerospace, or defense.
  • Background in military operations or defense service.
  • Experience with international capture programs in NATO/EU.
