🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation and ordering for stock accuracy
• Assist with schedule creation and labor cost management
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
• Manage bakery operations independently during BOM absences

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak periods
