You'll bridge the gap between complex engineering and market-ready solutions, solving the world's most demanding data challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class team of Solutions Engineers
• Own end-to-end execution of solution project charters from concept to delivery
• Translate GTM priorities into technical workstreams across AI, database migrations, and ransomware recovery
• Partner with Product Management, Alliances, and Marketing to produce field-ready assets

📋 Requirements

• Leadership ability with a proven track record in managing high-caliber engineering or solutions architecture teams
• Full-stack infrastructure expertise in at least two modern data domains (AI/MLOps, Cyber Resilience, Databases, or Kubernetes)
• Strategic program delivery experience turning ambiguous requirements into concrete technical outcomes
• Technical communication mastery for synthesizing complex concepts for both engineers and executives
