You'll oversee second-shift production for a growing structural steel fabrication operation, supervising welders and fitters to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards. Your leadership directly impacts production efficiency and team development in a hands-on shop environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of fabrication work
• Supervise welders, fitters, and shop personnel during shift operations
• Provide hands-on guidance in layout, welding techniques, and drawing interpretation
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, welding processes, and layout techniques
• Experience working with CNC fabrication equipment and shop machinery
• Understanding of production efficiency, safety practices, and quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in fabrication or manufacturing
