You'll support the day-to-day success of our award-winning apartment community by handling leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks. You'll help keep everything running smoothly and ensure the team and community feel supported.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct tours and respond to leasing leads
• Oversee rent collection and payment posting
• Monitor delinquencies and coordinate evictions
• Step into leadership role in Community Manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License

• CALP accreditation
• Experience with social media content creation
• Conflict resolution skills
