💼 About This Role

You'll join Lumilens, a well-funded startup building critical photonics infrastructure for AI supercomputing. You'll own end-to-end manufacturing test for next-generation photonic components, working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance. This is a ground-floor opportunity to rethink the optical layer from the silicon up, alongside world-class engineers solving the hardest challenges in scaling optical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end manufacturing test for photonic components and systems.
• Develop, validate, and release testers for production.
• Analyze test results to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure design for manufacturing and test.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 7+ years in high-volume optical transceiver manufacturing or automated test system development.
• Expert in optical test equipment (spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.).
• Experience in yield analysis and process improvement using SPC, GR&R.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 400G/800G/1.6T transceiver module tests.
• Scripting skills in Python, LabVIEW, or Visual Basic.
• Familiarity with processor communication interfaces.
