Description

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Route Execution team, you will build scalable backend services and web interfaces for route planning, optimization, dispatch, and real-time tracking. You'll work across the stack with Golang, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React to deliver reliable features that improve fleet operations for logistics, field services, and delivery customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in software development
• Strong programming/coding fundamentals
• Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services for real-time tracking and execution of hundreds of thousands of routes
• Create web interfaces for dispatchers and fleet managers to manage routes and deliveries
• Implement APIs and integrations with TMS/ERP systems processing millions of route events daily
• Build next-gen commercial navigation features using real-time data (weather, traffic, hours of service)
• Partner with design, product, and mobile teams to ship reliable, performant features
