You'll lead customer-facing teams (Solutions Consulting, Onboarding, Enablement, TAM) for Figma's enterprise customers in Japan, blending pre-sales and post-sales excellence. Your core impact will be driving end-to-end technical and value experience, from pre-sales to long-term adoption.   • Recruit and develop a high-performing customer experience team
  • Partner with Japan Sales leadership on pipeline and deal strategy
  • Define and execute the end-to-end customer journey
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships
  • Track KPIs to connect team activity to business outcomes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS
  • 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
  • Track record of building and scaling customer-facing teams
  • Business-level English proficiency

  • Experience building and leading post-sales teams
  • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework
  • Prior Figma, design, or development experience
