You'll lead customer-facing teams (Solutions Consulting, Onboarding, Enablement, TAM) for Figma's enterprise customers in Japan, blending pre-sales and post-sales excellence. Your core impact will be driving end-to-end technical and value experience, from pre-sales to long-term adoption. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit and develop a high-performing customer experience team
- Partner with Japan Sales leadership on pipeline and deal strategy
- Define and execute the end-to-end customer journey
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships
- Track KPIs to connect team activity to business outcomes
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS
- 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
- Track record of building and scaling customer-facing teams
- Business-level English proficiency
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building and leading post-sales teams
- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework
- Prior Figma, design, or development experience
