You'll own the interface between Product and Commercial teams at Wemolo, ensuring features are consistently converted into revenue. As the link, you'll develop product playbooks, train sales, and lead GTM launches. This role offers strategic proximity to leadership and the chance to build a new function from scratch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the Commercial x Product interface for needs assessment and handover
- Maintain the Product Playbook from a commercial perspective
- Develop training and onboarding formats for the sales team
- Lead GTM launches and strategic BD projects tied to product
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years in a role at the intersection of Product and Commercial
- Commercial mindset with revenue-driven thinking
- Structured working style with hypothesis-driven prioritization
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-growing B2B scale-up or startup
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Business Analyst in SaaS
