🎯 What You'll Do

• Own continuous improvement of product and user understanding
• Partner with PMs to inform strategy across time horizons
• Help define metrics and set clear goals
• Invest in clean logging and data ergonomics with engineers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as analyst or similar technical role
• Solid understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks
• Advanced SQL knowledge and BI tool familiarity
• Strong data visualization and communication skills

• Experience with A/B test design and analysis
• Product sense and intuition for Substack's market
