🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct new hire orientations and assist with recognition programs
• Administer employee benefit plans and leave requests
• Handle timekeeping and payroll functions accurately
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Experience with unionized workforces and CBAs
• Proficiency in MS Excel including V Lookup and pivot tables

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with KRONOS and ADP payroll systems
• 5+ years of payroll/timekeeping experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
