You'll architect the AI engineering layer for an 800+ developer organization, defining how AI coding assistants and LLM platforms integrate into engineering workflows to ensure trust, performance, and reliability. Your core impact is making AI-generated code secure, governed, and measurably impactful across the entire development lifecycle. This role uniquely combines deep technical architecture with developer experience strategy at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI-augmented development at scale
• Establish reusable patterns for agentic workflows with rollback and validation
• Lead AI-driven code review integration with CI/CD and observability stacks
• Drive developer adoption through guidance, training, and DORA metrics

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering or platform engineering
• 3+ years designing LLM-powered developer tools in production
• Staff/Principal level experience in a 300+ engineer organization
• Proven track record architecting large-scale internal developer platforms

• Experience with AST analysis and static/dynamic code review tools
• Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance and data governance
• Published guidance or frameworks on prompt engineering or AI-assisted development
