💼 About This Role

You'll lead quality for Sophos's security products like ZTNA, Enterprise Browser, Firewall, and DNS in a remote India role. You'll drive end-to-end quality and automation strategies across distributed systems, partnering with engineering and product. This role offers impact on real-world customer scenarios and complex system validation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop test plans and execute test cases from requirements.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for API and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects to closure.
• Participate in design reviews and embed quality early.
• Validate system behavior under high throughput and long-running scenarios.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years total work experience with SASE domain expertise.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience with automation-first testing strategies and QE architecture.

• Exposure to AI-assisted test automation tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Familiarity with observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing).
