You'll lead a team of Relationship Managers providing financial planning and advice to Robinhood customers. Your core impact is shaping how the firm delivers scalable, compliant financial guidance to high-value clients at one of the fastest-growing fintechs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers to drive performance and growth.
• Oversee customer interactions for financial planning, tax services, and account support.
• Partner with product, compliance, and legal to improve workflows and expand capabilities.
• Monitor team performance through data analysis and process optimization.

📋 Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 (or ability to acquire within 120 days)
• Series 24 or 9/10 (or ability to acquire within 120 days)
• 7+ years in financial planning, banking, or wealth management
• Experience supporting high-value, complex client relationships
