You'll analyze and document customer and vendor service level agreements for the Trust Office and Legal team. You'll provide technical guidance and risk assessments to provision cybersecurity controls and support successful client engagements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform contract analysis and design business processes for client engagements
• Act as liaison between departments to resolve agreement disputes
• Document and sustain the Standard Information Gathering (SIG) solution
• Conduct risk assessments and redline contractual language

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of contracting analysis experience at a technology company
• Knowledge of cybersecurity methods in applications and cloud environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and formal English grammar

• Experience with Salesforce operations
• Working knowledge of Standard Information Gathering templates
